St. Nicholas Orthodox Christian School is a Florida Not for Profit Corporation qualified under 501(c)(3) as tax exempt under the Internal Revenue Code. The school is an Accredited Member of State, Regional, National and International academic accrediting bodies, see Accreditation.
St. Nicholas Orthodox Christian School was incorporated as St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Parochial School, Inc. on October 2, 2003 as a Not-for-profit corporation of the State of Florida. Being open to children of all faiths, the school later added the DBA of St. Nicholas Orthodox Christian School. The School has been acknowledged as a tax exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and, as such, any donations the School receives are tax deductible.
The mission of St. Nicholas Orthodox Christian School, Inc. is to provide the highest level of academic training available to Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Integrated with Orthodox Religious training and discipline, St. Nicholas shall be operated in accordance with the accreditation standards put forth by the Association of Independent Schools of Florida. Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Commission on International and Tran-Regional Accreditation and the National Council for Private School Accreditation. St Nicholas Orthodox Christian School will comply with all statutory and administrative requirements imposed by the State of Florida.

The school publishes the Children's Orthodox Parochial School Bulletin. This copy righted publication has been provided to subscribers world wide. This service has been and will continue to be provided without charge. The distribution of the Bulletin is electronic. The efforts of Fr. Joseph Samaan, Markella Balasis, Alan Dawson and others are voluntary. Since 2003 we have published over 300 editions of the Bulletin. The Bulletin’s distribution has reached approximately 4.5 million copies per school year to subscribers and Christian communities in Australia, Asia, Europe, Africa, as well as North, South and Central America. Subscription to the Bulletin is available through this web site.
